At The Crafting Nest (Raja Photo Studio), customer satisfaction is important to us. Since most of our products are personalized, we follow the policy below:
1. No Return on Customized Products
Customized and made-to-order products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or not as per the approved customisation,please contact us within 2-3 days of delivery with photos and packageing.we will arrange a replacement or store credite the replacement product will be delivered with in 4-5 business days
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. Beyond this, we begin processing and customization and the order cannot be canceled.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Approved refunds (for non-custom items or damaged items) will be credited within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
